Using hot glue tipped streamlines isn't always the best option in stock blasters, because they can be too heavy and effect the range negatively.melbnerf619 wrote:

Akimbo Assassin wrote:So compare spending $40 on brass breeching a Longshot to achieve 40ft range to spending $15 on e.g. SS spring to achieve 60ft range, I know which one I'm going to choose. In addtion, swaping spring is much easier than installing the brass breech.

Oops, sorry my bad, I'll ask the next question there then.
Would you kindly give some link for examples of the darts you mentioned, good sir? Not because I'm lazy, but to make sure I didn't look at the wrong thing...clunk07 wrote:dvdlesher wrote:In all honesty, I'm really confused about what you guys mentioned on the reply, haha (especially the modding and hot glue tip... stuff)

Hey, I think maybe you need to research a little bit more.
At the end of the day, you're much better off making/buying after-market darts. It doesn't matter if you use fbr/blue foam and sili/snap-caps, you're going to have much better darts than the stock Nerf darts.
Hot-gluing the tips on streamline's is a waste of time, when you compare the time wasted doing the task, as opposed to making your own.

Tried every pen in my house, none are the same dimensions as the piece I need to put it on. Any other suggestions?

Also, avatar eh? Haven't got one yet... I'll try though
It works but it takes forever and builds too much friction and if you don't keep stopping and starting to let it cool, it will snap. I suggest a metal cutting disk.chiiia wrote:Hey guys, if I want to cut 2 coils off a C-836 spring, do I cut it at a or b in the photo?
Try cutting it off at b, and if it doesn't quite fit then go down to a.
Also has anyone used the reinforced cutting wheel to cut brass? Did it work well?
30M is 100 ft. Haha, your friend sucks at lying.Rocafix wrote:One of my friends says that his recon shoots 36 m ? Is that even possible holding at an angle?

Just have a search in the Trading thread.
inf0rm3r sells blue foam pre-cuts, and blue foam pre-made darts.
KingCam sells fbr and blue foam pre-made darts/stefans.
Toobz sells fbr stefans.
There could be other member's who offer dart service's, but that's all I can remember off the top of my head.
Cheers,

Theoretically it should work mate. A full pump replacement would probably be easier, but work with what you have!!

Dang, I went to Target 2 days ago at CBD, there's almost no NERF guns left....colipos2 wrote:Not the nite finder because Target sells 2 for $10 mavericks I think are $14 and Don't know about darts.
Hmm, I live alone, so I'm not sure about getting 2 gun of the same model would do me any good...colipos2 wrote:At my targets most of the guns left were recons, longstrikes and stampedes. There were only about 6 or so double nite finder packs left.
