hey guys, this is my first EVER mod, but, im not sure if it is really a mod, i removed the AR on my magstrike clip.
    All i needed was scissors.
    And patience.
what you do is you get the little side of the scissors, put it into one of the little gaps, then you twist the scissors, you do that to the next gap to.
That makes on big gap, (half of the hole) then you put the scissors in further and twist, then the whole middle stick should fall out.
You can then smooth it out with your mums or sisters nail file, or your dads sandpaper.
This is my first mod so please dont bag me.
    I hope'd it helped

Too bad, we're going to bag you. Where are the pictures? Alot of us are 'visual' learners. Just putting a slab of text explaining something isnt' going to help.

Remember to do add PICTURES following each step. At the moment, alot of people will bag you and think it's just useless space since you didn't even put the effort in getting those images to help.

    Good job for trying.

For a first modded gun, I'd recommend a NF, and then just do the usual mods:C-836, AR, seal improvement and barrel replacement. You'll also be able to get some sweet ranges and learn how things tend to work in nerf guns.

Yeah nice job for first mod, although not too much detail or pictures.

At least your ahead of me when I first modded my blasters (Nite-finders)

We can tell he's a first time modder with a name like 'Recon' and with a Longstrike in his pic.

Yeah welcome to the forum Recon. That's a good first mod you've tried, but I reckon NFs are the best to mod for a beginner.

I'm going to close this thread before I start bagging people.

Recon, go make an intro thread of yourself in the "Welcome to Oznerf" forum. And next time, look around more to understand our standards here.

Why not my dad's nail file? You sexist?

Also maybe have a look at a few of the writeups in the mod directory. That'll give you an idea of the standard expected by the-powers-that-be.
