They are unsafe if the glue domes are uneven or the weights are uneven. So you have made 1100 dart/blanks and you have 125 left, then why buy more? there is no point if you are selling unsafe darts.

How can you prove that they are unsafe? When they are fully sealed?? The weights are of course even....
