    You sure can.

I have imported many of them. The only way that you will have any issue is if they have a laser on it. If it does, make sure its less than 1MW. Mine came in with a powerful laser but they put on the declaration that is was a camera part...

Did you order from a store, ebay or from a friend?
Or more precisely, where did you procure it/them from?

They used to have a site that listed everything that you could and couldn't bring in. Reflex sights are allowed. There is no reason for them to be illegal unless it's got a powerful laser attached to it, or some noob forgot to detach it from the gun before posting.

I just said what I said because I don't want to say that it is ok and the guy imports a few and they get siezed by customs. It is better if he calls customs and describes the item to them and they tell him if it is legal or not to import.

Thats okay I didn't think you were having a go at me.

To the op I think you will have a harder time than most importers of nerf bits because you are importing parts almost exclusively for firearms, so don't expect to walk down to customs if they send you a letter, saying they witheld it because it looks military, and ask for your stuff, that is the main reason there are very little ar15 lookalikes built off .22's running around. Along with many don't think it looks good to have a boltaction .22 looking like that.
