I made this deca-shot from a lanard hand cannon but itll only shoot abou 20metres flat any idea home to make it get better ranges?

What turret is that?
Adding 9-12" PETG barrels(Conduit might be a bit heavy for that glue job) should help you get more range, as well as improving the plunger head seal and replacing the spring if you havent done these things already.

no its off a sidewider its like a green and black blaster which is a water pistol as well

Sadly PETG is not available in Aus (Thus, why I personally don't buy it), so you must order it from other places, eg: Singapore.
