Nerf black tactical question

Hi guys(and girls)
I have another question. So I am planning on buying some gear with some mates through black tactical BUT I ran into a small hiccup, someone said that metal magazines are not legal in Australia without a license. Also there is a toy faom gun i am unsure about. I will include links at the bottom so if anyone knows the laws Can you have a look at the items and tell me if I can have it brought into aus without a license. any help is much appreciated

P.s I do plan on painting the gun bright colored when it arrives.

Also, you should be able to import them because I know a guy who owns about 3 of them. Hope that answers your question.

Yup those pistols can get through customs, but they are really not worth it, even modded it performs badly. Unless you want to replace the RP with a DP.
I don't know about the mags though, would not have thought it was illegal.

The aluminium mags are legal, heaps of guys have purchased them from BT.
