The Want To Buy thread.

Hey boys n girls,

I'm chasing some small pieces of polycarb or perspex. Something around 6mm thick, but 3mm will suffice.

Wanting to have a crack at 238232's Stampede clip window mod, and I wish to do about 4, so I'm not after a large quantity.

Even if someone can suggest an alternative to these products listed above.

(Time to bust out your big stash Brad... haha)

I'm not sure if people in Aus would have those, but perhaps look into Wipeout Chalk blasters; they're the equivalent of a predator (I think) and they're easier to mod.

Try Rebel Sports, they have them at $30 for a two pack (Chalk gun).

I already managed to pick one of those up today, I'm just trying to see am I able to get a predator as well

I have 2 of the Predator paintball blaster's. Avoid them like the plague. the first one out of the pack had the priming mech seize up after 4 shots. The second one is still working, but I'm not going to rely on it.

The Wipeout blaster's are far superior.

To all you awsome modders out there in oz, I am interested in buying a singled longshot with front gun intergration. I would like the main gun to do 100 ft flat and add a nightfinder spring to the frontgun. So along with a.r. Removal and catch spring upgrades I figure there is a bit of work. I have had one quote but as I am not sure what this could be worth normally I thought it would be good to het a few more. Just post below if your up for it and I'll get back to you. Thanks all

You don't need to single the LS to get 100ft out of it. Brass Breech and a big spring will do the same. So there is really no need to sacrifice the ROF for that range.

Are you from Brisbane?

Singled longshots are probably the most lamest mods in Nerf. It's completely impractical in a war situation. You may as well pay extra for a brass breech and your longshot will shoot 120ft+ and still take clips.

Unless you're going to RSCB, inline clip, chopper clip OR hopper clip it AT LEAST then it's pretty stupid mod.

Finally, how hard is it for some of you to direct this poor kid to clunk07 for his mod services? Nooft, I suggest you check out what he can do since he'll let you achieve over 100' flat with clip compatibility because we're Australians; we get it done right.

You should check there first before spending tonnes on postage.

Shipping shouldn't be more than ten dollars, they wouldn't weigh more than 500g, which puts them at $6.05 plus the cost of a bag which is less than $2 for a big one, so only eight bucks shipping.
