As you know, Magstrikes are at Kmart and I bought 2. I'm sure many of you have also bought some, some here is a simple, 15 minute mod.

These are the tools you will need.

First of all you want to take the clip.

Turn it over to the back and take your pliers and slip through the 4 prongs. The AR peg will fall out,

    AR Peg
Next take your Stanley Knife and cut off the rest of the prongs in the clip and sand the holes down.

Repeat all these steps for all 10 barrels.
When you have done it to all the barrels, sand the back of the clip down so there's no bumbs and that the clip slides easily.

Ranges: It's getting 5-10 feet more which is alright.

If you have a Magstrike, I suggest you do this because it is so easy and increase in reange is good.

    Hope you liked it.

You could also use a router bit in your dremel. That way you end up with a much, much smoother result, no jaggies anywhere.

Pfft, so messy. I just used a screwdriver and punched out all the AR's. Then I used a file and sanded down all the holes. Took me 2 minutes and it was all clean.

Yeah same, it's super easy and can easily be alot cleaner than that, but it was a good write up and all, nice job.
I love it how now magstrikes are another everyday gun that everyone is going to have, it kind of takes away the specialness but its still awesome.
