Hello all.I,ve joined this forum to learn more about these rad little toys. I am 34 years old and love em! I am hoping to chat lots with other users about modifying and hooking up with some local members for some wicked firefights.

So far my arsenal includes,3 mavericks, a recon, vulcan, niteshot, and soon a stampede as well.
not bad considering i bought my first nerf maverick about four weeks ago! got the bug bad.

I have allready sucessfully modded two of my mavericks, and my recon. the vulcan and stampede will be looked at in due time.I have some very clever ideas up my sleave.

As a professional airbrush artist i have had no trouble making my little toys look rad. I aim to be an active member and not here to waste my time insulting other users and posting spam and dumb ass questions.

fire at will ladies and gentlemen,

    Cheers Party76

Welcome to the forum. I hope you learn and have as much fun as you can with these Nerf Blasters. You should paint one of your guns and post it up.

    Hi Party76

    Welcome to Oznerf.

Please read the rules and update your profile with your Age.

I hope you have a good time here at Oznerf.

Now on to Airbrushing if you are going to airbrush your Nerf guns Please don't paint them Black cos we here at Oznerf don't allowed Black Nerf guns at Nerf wars just for safety reasons.

no probs. have only done one maverick so far. it looks alarmingly real! it dosen,t leave my house lol. I am completey under stand why painted nerf guns could be a problem at outdoor public gatherings. the last thing i need is police yelling drop it! and firing at me with REAL weapons.

Just be careful painting it, I suggest leaving the barrel and trigger orange.

yep dam good idea that one. rest assured im all over it. left the entire trigger orange in the maverick i have painted. also left the nerf emblem yellow as well. the only reason i didn,t paint trigger was, the paint would eventually rub off and look terrible, but more importantly it would cause a whole lot off uneeded friction and only decrease the guns performence.
