Hey there,
So I was looking for some polycarbonate (Nerf and Marine tank projects) When I came across this website...

They have PVC, Petg, acrylic, polycarbonate, CNC milling and more.
I have sent an Email for a quote for 3mm acrylic (2440 x 1220 mm) I'll post their response here.

Here's the reply:

I don't know if this means I'm going to get another email or not but I'll Phone them on monday.

2440mm X 1220mm x 3mm Clear Acrylic - $86.00 + Gst per sheet
2440mm X 1220mm x 3mm Clear Polycarbonate - $126.00 + Gst per sheet.

3mm will crack every easily, you might want to try jump up to 6mm or 8mm.

Ummm... not sure what your talking about. The spacers I made from 3mm acrylic have been through hell, they're still going strong.
Maybe your just super strong, I've tried to snap them and I can't.

I don't use it for Nerf, But you should think about your next batch to be 6mm.

I don't have access to 6mm, 3mm is what I've got and it works well so I'll stick with it for now.

It depends on what kind of spacers your making, but overall, I would recommended 6m, as it is just stronger.
