Pretty much the paper + tape is at its most useful during the first 2 shots. Have you tried having multiple disposable paper barrels, with the streamlines pre-loaded?

Nah, I haven't used it in a war yet. Pretty much just for shits and giggles.

With glue filled streamlines, and multiple barrels, that could be very effective:)

No, and it's pretty simple.
Get an A4 sheet. Cut in half. Cut in half again. Roll around streamline. Tape. Jam into barrel. Pump. Shoot.
Its not really effective for a war, i just did it to see the potential of my BBUMB.
