Open it up, there are eight screw all in obvious locations. The screw ports are deep so the screws don't fall out which is nice.
There is a spring in the plunger tube, just take it out, you could probably use it in something else.
Drill out the AR's just like that of a NF, alternatively you can hammer them out with a screw driver like I did.
Now is the fun part...
Grab a pair of scissors and shove them down the barrel, twist them around until Petg can be squeezed in, you could also use 17/32 brass which would require less scissor twisting.
I used 16hr two part epoxy from the dollar store. It was $2.45.
I don't know how long what length is best but mine is about 5" - two of them are inside the original barrel.
Ranges using one of KillerBunny's amazing blue foam darts is about 50' flat and over the fence which is over 70' when angled.
I hope you liked this write up as much as I like shooting my sister.
One more close up picture of the internals.
*EDIT*
With the addition of sling shot rubber it seems to be shooting as hard as my C-836'ed NF.
This rubber can be purchased from Clark Rubber in a variety of strengths I chose the weakest one. (Back when I was into sling shots and very weak, I would recommend adding some reinforcements and a heavier rubber.)
