    Hey Guys

Just thought I'd say hi now that I've progressed from lurker to member

Just got interested in NERF a couple of weeks ago when my nephews scored a couple of Mavicks on sale a Kmart for $8 resulting nerf war was enough to get my 8 year old and me excited

When I returned to Kmart to grap a couple more mavs they were sold out so I grabed a NiteFinder and Longshot

The NF was quickly pulled apart to install the C863 spring and remove AR's which resulted in the first few darts ending up in neighbors yards and us quickly realising the limits of stock streamlines. The only dissapointment was that now my boy can't cock the thing.

As for the LS the parts are in the post for a full overhaul including Brass Breech and some Blue Foam is on order so looking forward to hitting the 100 foot mark

So thanks for all the great info and I hope I can contribute somthing to the forum

    Cheers RePete

PS any tips for a slightly lighter spring than the Bunnings one for my son?
