Mod Day at Potential Sydney War Location

Hey guys
I found a place that seems big enough for a war. I've been once, and it seems ok.
The location is Heritage Park at Castle Hill.
I was thinking if it looks fine, we can have a mod day there next saturday to test the area out, and if that goes well, we can potentially have another war location which would make some people really happy (RL). But as all locations go, some people would have to drive further than others to get there.
There is a car park where we can stage, so that would be a plus.
I'll try to go out tomorrow or saturday to get some photos of the area and so check it out in a bit more detail.
As I've only been to one war, I think it may be best to let everyone else who have been a few more times to decide if its ok and to run the war if all goes well.

For next week on the 24/09/11, I need a few local people to come to the mod day to trail out the location, so if your free and you live relatively close, it would be great if you can pop by.
We'll meet in the car park at 10.

So its confirmed, Mod Day on the 24th.
Schedule: get there at 10am
do mods/random stuff
leave at 3-4.
There are bbqs there so we'll have food there. Any volunteers to bring stuff?
I'll bring some drinks and some sausages and bread.
