Officeworks, Spotlight, Riot Art & Craft, and other art and craft stores.
Bunnings maybe worth a shot (ask staff), but the stores I have mentioned above are guaranteed to stock them.

Bunnings definitely have them. Strangely enough I think Aussie Disposals do too.

You'll probably have to get your dad to buy it for you -- it's illegal to sell a knife to minors (below 16 in this definition) in Victoria.

If you're on a really tight budget a hobby knife (7 piece) can be found on Fleabay for a couple of dollars (including shipping), makes you wonder what the part cost to make doesn't it?
