Hey guys and girls,
Just a quick one that has been bugging me for quite some time.
Please exercise caution when reporting posts.
1. Take in to consideration the time that a person has been a member. Obviously, it takes most people a few posts to fall in-line with our rule-set, especially trying to convert people from using l33t speak.
2. If you're going to point the finger at another member for poor spelling and grammar, you'd best ensure that your own backyard is clean!!
3. Don't report a new member for having inadequate information in their profile. This is similar to no. 1
I realise that I haven't been on the site as much as I'd have liked over the last month, and this will probably be the trend for at least another 3 weeks, maybe longer. But I do check-in every day. I may not be posting as much, but I do see pretty much everything that goes on. And, trust me, if member's continue to report posts in the fashion that has currently been the trend, I will be issuing strike's.
The report system is there to help the admin/mod's, and alleviate BSM. At this stage, it's become more of a hinderance than a help.
