I need some new data for some stuff I'm working on, if anyone can provide it would be great! Hell if you provide enough good data I might even give you a free sample of the new products I'm working on
Optimal Plunger Padding Diameter's and heights for the following blasters. By I need the diameter and optimal height and any specific reasoning why
1. Night Finder
2. Longshot
3. Stampede
4. Big Bad Bow
5. Firefly
6. Scout IX-3
7. Crossfire
8. Triple shot
9. ANY INTERNAL PLUNGERED BUZZ BEE BLASTERS.
10. Wipeout / Magnum Blaster.
11. ANY OTHER INTERNAL PLUNGERED BLASTER OR OTHER BLASTER WHICH REQUIRES PADDING.
12. Swarmfire and other new dart tag guns.
13. Any of the Vortex Line which may require padding upon modification.
O-ring Replacement DATA
I need to know the following details about all blasters.
1. Which blasters can have their STOCK o-ring doubled up to achieve a better seal.
2. Which blasters have an optimal seal with the stock o-ring in place.
3. Which blasters require a larger o-ring to gain an optimal seal.
Pictures of broken parts due to stress or modification
I require pictures and detailed text of parts in blasters which break under stress and in what situations these parts will break. IE Longshot Boltsled (Breaks on increasing spring power, stormfire plunger head, breaks without padding etc) I am particular interested in broken stampede parts but need to collect as much information on all blasters.
Other information
Other ideas and input to the above data.
You can reply directly on the thread or send it to ben AT FOAM - SPORTS DOT COM
As you can probably tell I'm working on kits very precise and cost effective kits. If I can get all the data collected before the end of the month they might be available before March.
