This is my basic spring kit for the Elite Alpha Trooper/Retaliator/Rampage.

I include a catch spring as I believe it to be necessary to prevent misfires.
Solid spring, you wouldn't want to go much heavier without getting into reinforcement of the boltsled, etc.
Simple enough, remove AR and clip lock, fit these springs and off you go.
If you're doing an EAT without going for a brass breach conversion, I would recommend the next kit.
