what size foam and also what kinda spring is it?

I haven't fully completed this Maverick as I am going to add 17/32nd brass stubs to the bottom of the PETG.
The foam in the gun insulating is 10mm foam from Bunnings and it fires alt's 13mm foam stefans
The spring is from a brokeb spa jets my dad had in my garage.
