Hey everyone you might have seen that i was doing a titan mod through the thread on removing stripped screws i have finally gotten the shell open and have the materials here is the write up

Materials:
1.nerf titan.
2. hacksaw.
3.hot glue gun and hot glue.
4.suitable piping (more detail later)

step one:
this is the part where you do anything you want done to the inside of the gun. Personally I decided not to block the over pressure release simply because i could do it later if i really wanted to and i did not want to burst the tank. All i did on the insides of the titan was remove the gun angle firing lock this simple mad allows the gun to be shot whil pointing higher than 45 degrees. all that is required of you is to remove the small steel ball that is held in a little bracket underneath the trigger once this ball is out replace the bracket and close the gun.

step 2:
get your hacksaw or dremel in hand and cut off the orange threads on the end of the gun

step 3: (READ ALL OF IT) now this step involves the new barrel material i found at bunnings it is a Black plastic piping which has lots of connecting pieces in the range the brand on the pieces is plasson i found this stuff when i went to bunnings and they only sold Hep 20 in 2.5m lengths and was walking through the PVC section and further down from the PVC was this collection of Black piping i noticed a piece that was 15m x 610mm which seemed the perfect size then i picked up a double sided threaded female socket in 1/2 inch, 2 double ended threaded male sockets i also picked up a one side male one side female socket the threaded female end was a 1/2 inche and the male end was slightly larger.

step 4: now what to do with all this piping you ask now first of all we are gonna put together the single barrel this uses the 15 x 610mm pipe, the Double sided Female and 1 of the Double sided male pieces. Screw them all together like so.

then take the one side female one side male and glue in onto where the threaded orange part was like this. feel free to use whatever glue you find the strongest.

WV17's singled and rocket launching titan Photo_12

the final pice of piping is a double ended male part hot glue this into the rocket launching barrel make sure that one side of it is sticking out from the base.

Step 5: firing this gun is easy and the finished product looks great and because is doesnt use couplers the barrel is quite stable.

yes it does with my stefans it shoots APROXIMATELY 40-60m (this is guesstimate) and with streamlines from 30-50m (also guesstimate).

I think we should have a water gun conversion duel. At 50m. Somewhere on the border, at dawn...

How does the 610mm barrel go with the titan?
I'm thinking about increasing the barrel length on the persuader from 400mm to 600mm.
What length do you use on your coversion?

my conversion is a bit of a silly set up the dart starts about half way down the barrel and hence only travels around a foot

You should use a ram rod, or blow down the barrel to make the dart go down further, is that what you mean, or am i incorrect?

ahh.. That black pipe you found, its called 15mm Poly Riser. Its irrigation pipe, I use it for all my barrels. You just have to hunt to find the straightest one.

P.S. Personally, I aint never putting the muzzle of the persuader near my mouth, or my face, or anyone else's face for that matter. Pretty sure WV17 may feel the same.

bak to the titan pls. yes your right its a black pipe with a male thread at each end my piece i have realised is ever so slightly bent but it doesnt really effect the accuracy seeing as i'm happy hitting a 50cm ball from 20 meters

It is good stuff, the only problem I've found with it is that the internal diameter can vary a lot, so can the external. As its only made for irrigation use, I guess the tolerances aren't that tight. Nice Titan, by the way. How many pumps does it take to prime?

too many but i'm not some unfit looser and can pump it fairly quickly. As i mentioned in the write up i didnt block the over pressure release because i'm not too carful with my pumping and i dont want to accidentally go overboard

Tidge & I used a 2m barrel with a 10mm stefan, weighted with a size 1 fishing weight. This was on a titan, plugged pump & gauge removed at roughly 45 degrees.

Result: well over 100m. No accuracy what so ever & it took one of us to hold the barrel & the other to fire it.

well i was in my back yard and i thought hey lets shoot it over the roof so hey i fired it over the roof at about 60 degrees and when i went to look for it on the street i found it on the neighbours roof. take into account the all distances thats about 80 meters.
