16mm conduit. But be careful since some of them aren't perfect fits, i.e. you have to twist the darts to fit them, so not exactly the best method of reloading darts.
I put 20mm on mine and use whistlers, cause I'm a safe mofo.
EDIT:
Oh right.. I had a question.
Has anyone else experienced foam "fracturing" after being shot from a air pump blaster? I'm assuming it's from too much pressure.. but just thought I'd ask just to be sure
Yeh, too much pressure can split a dart. I've never had an issue with my pump-replaced Titan, but have had issues using back-pressure tanks out of a hornet.

Re: The Questions Thread.
I've has this problem too.
I'm thinking it was because of the tight fit of the dart in the barrel and the pressure finding a "weak spot" in some darts.
This has happened with both nerf darts and blue foam, and from many of my air tanked blasters.
That is all, at this time.
Gooni.

That, and you should've asked me personally so I could have a good 15min lesson with you when you had the chance to. Right now, I'm just going to say anywhere between 8' to 11'.

Re: The Questions Thread.
8g is the size of the snap cap, not the weight.

You have to take into account that the conduit will have small variations, from being 15.9 or 16.1mm to not being gunbarrel straight.
But from memory... it would with some coercing. So not ideal. But technically it would work, just not very effectively.

Re: The Questions Thread.
Luke, the g stands for gauge. That's how screws are measured, hence where snap caps come from.

Just out of interest, what is the name of the batteries that Clunk said he was going to switch to instead of Trustfire?

AW branded batteries.
