You obviously haven't had a chance to read the rules of the FAQ section. Try having a read through this to start with:

Re: The Questions Thread.
does anyone know if a http://modworks.blogspot.com/2010/03/nerf-longshot-brass-breech-mod-guide.html would work with a carbined longshot http://nerfhaven.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=8815&st=0&p=109820&#entry109820 ?. or can i just make a brass breech to replace the current one? meaning still keeping the dart tooth and stuff.
thanks
thanks

Depends, is there enough room left to stabilise a barrel?

Re: The Questions Thread.
I don't think I've ever seen it done with a carbined one. So it's very difficult if not impractical.

Re: The Questions Thread.
You can but you'll be left with a long length of fragile brass hanging out of your gun.
If you were to nest that brass in conduit or PVC and added supports, I don't see why you couldn't do it.
Although, it's not at all practical.

Re: The Questions Thread.
that should be (barely) enough room, just use epoxy putty to ensure it is straight, and use electrical conduit as a sleeve over the brass (find a wider ID batch)

Hey mate,
I make a variety of dart weights (stingers):
1.0g - mav, AT, Recon etc
1.2g - Stampede, LShot
1.5g - LongShot, RFSG, PAS
1.8g - ShotBlast (converted), BBUMB
2.1g - Titan
2.5g - Titan

I meant the weights of stock darts, like streamlines, suction, tag darts, etc.
I just need some facts before making a private intellectual rant.

Anyone know what the performance of the Buzz Bee Tetra Strike is like? I was thinking of getting one for a sidearm, and I'd like to know if it's worth getting.

Thanks for that. The ranges seem fairly low unless modded, so I guess I'll pass on it. Danke for the link.clunk07 wrote:Sparks wrote:Anyone know what the performance of the Buzz Bee Tetra Strike is like? I was thinking of getting one for a sidearm, and I'd like to know if it's worth getting.

Cheers,
Hardly any blaster will give you good ranges from stock. It's a fairly simple mod too, and cheap as well...

Re: The Questions Thread.
Hey guys just a quick question. I'm just wondering if anyone here knows which of informers dart types would perform well with a stampede that has the ar removed, a serv spring, a tighter plunger seal and a 12 v sla battery.
I'm only asking coz my temporary darts have been the hot glue filled streamlines and they curve in random directions and fishtail a lot.
Any help appreciated, cheers.

Anyone know how to open the Lanard First Shot? I'm having trouble cracking it open, that green round bolt looking thing at the back is where it seems to be really hard to get open.

Re: The Questions Thread.
I think the problem is the same that I had with my wipeout (big guess). Unless I'm mistaken, they both use a lever action that involves a pivot point, and on the wipeout, there is a large circle thing that looks similar. What I think happened is the metal rod that acts as the pivot point for the lever has become stiff in the shell, and doesn't want to come out. I'm not sure how to fix it, but i'm pretty sure i've identified the problem.

Re: The Questions Thread.
It's ok, I found out the problem. I had to take out the green circle and under that was a screw.... Unfortunately I cracked the shell a tiny bit.ElementGuy wrote:I think the problem is the same that I had with my wipeout (big guess). Does anyone know what barrel material to use in an octoshot? I was planning to use PETG but people say that it should only be used for air guns.
