Which is more powerful: Titan or Hydro Cannon?

As the title may suggest: which is more powerful: the Titan or the Hydro Cannon? I'm speaking in terms of force for shooting a Titan's Mega Missiles. I know the Hydro cannon is capable (jerm's version) and I've read psyk's intruiging write up, but nothing really concrete has been mentioned yet about which is more powerful or if they are literally the same.

I currently have my "Gemini Launcher" which is basically two Titan's strapped together, but I'm looking at remaking it into a "cleaner looking and more efficient" version using two Hydro Cannons, either just the shell, or if the internals are more ideal/powerful, the guts too.

Otherwise if noone really knows for certain, what would be the best way to accurately test the amount of force of each? (Obviously one method would be to mod the Hydro Cannon to fire the rockets and then just shoot and compare ranges... which I am in the process of nutting out) but just wondering if there was a simpler method I had not yet considered.

I will tell you this. The HC in terms of power will throttle the Titan in firing darts. No joke, from what I've seen from 10 metre, it can puncture a hole through a cheap bicycle helmet.

Rocket shooting wise, I'm not really too use.
