I make my own stinger darts. Still don't work in a barricade.

The reason for this I believe is because the fly wheels don't grip very well on the snap caps. Silicone darts shoot better.

Snap caps and blue foam are too short so they never reach the fly wheels, but if you make it reach it shoots very well.

Re: Blue foam snap caps & barricade.
you could try gluing a piece of plastic onto the end of the dart pusher to make sure it will move the darts right into the flywheels.
(while not owning a barricade or ever wanting one i dont know if this will work. so if it doesnt dont quote me on it xD)

Have you tried adding tape to the fly wheels? Helps grip a bit better.

Re: Blue foam snap caps & barricade.
i believe the snap caps are too fat for the fly wheels, i cant even push them through manually, tho the foam fits fine.

Re: Blue foam snap caps & barricade.
Does that mean that the snap caps are wider than the foam?

Re: Blue foam snap caps & barricade.
I have two kinds of snap caps, one type is larger (about the same as yours, by the sounds of it), and the second is smaller than the foam. I suggest you invest in some smaller snap caps and see how that goes.
(Edit: I'm not actually selling anything, btw, if it came of that way, haha)

This is because the fly wheel is designed to take the larger heads or silicone tips. You can add tape to them and it should be fine.

Re: Blue foam snap caps & barricade.
I taped the fly wheels, fires streamlines alright, I extended the dart pusher aswell, no luck tho. I guess the fly wheels don't have enough torque to initially grab the snap caps in, doesn't matter too much tho.
