nerf vulcan wont fire darts on auto

just finished removing the a.r. and posts on the belt rewiring it and voltage mod to 16.8 volts adding a servulus spring with slight minimization of the barrel.

the Vulcan fires perfectly fine manually cocking it with the priming bar but when i fire it on auto none of the darts leave the belt. it sounds like its working fine and i have disassembled it a few times so far. added lube and checked everything against internal pictures posted here. does anyone have any ideas on why it wont fire on full auto

I had experienced a similar problem. I am not positive what it was but it took a while to fix it. Funnily I actually 'rage quit' on it, but after 3 months I picked it up again, opened it up, then tinkered with it and what do you know, its fixed. I advise if you get to irritated with the whole repairing process to post-pone your fixing of the blaster by a week or two. Then, with a refreshed mindset resume fixing it.

after giving up on it for a bit i went back to my vulcan and still cant figure out whats happening it still fires fine manually but on full auto still wont fire darts is there a certain way the timing is meant to be set up when i reassemble it and if i glue the clutch do you think it would help and where exactly is the clutch in this the thing

the clutch is the belt advancing/rotation mech its the spindle for the orange wheels. to get at it you need to take apart the white cluster of parts. glueing it internally prevents the mech from slipping under excess force you get with longer belts. don't know if it will help your issue, but give it a go.
