I was wondering what are the benefits of adding better Trigger Springsand Catch Springs nd why would you use two instead of one?

You upgrade catch springs so it can "Catch" or hold a stronger spring. So when you drop or bump the blaster it wont misfire.

The trigger spring (I'm assuming you mean the springer that pushes the trigger back to position.. now I sound derp LOL), is just there so that the trigger comes back.

The catch spring on the other hand is what actually holds the plunger rod in the primed position.

Unless you want an extra hard trigger pull, you can do both, but it's optional.
