I recently ruined my Reflex while modding it. I'm getting a new one, but I have ideas for the spring.
    a) Will the spring fit on the Stampede plunger?
    b) Does it require stretching for maximum performance?
    c) What sort of range increases would it have?
    d) Will it have a significant effect on the rate of fire? (using same voltage)

Not sure how it would affect the stampede's ranges or if it would fit, but stretching the spring is a big no-no.

Also, the ROF is determined by the voltage. If the voltage remains unchanged, and there are more/stronger springs, the ROF will decrease. Therefore to maintain a high ROF you need to increase the voltage.

Thanks for that reminder. What I meant was if the Stampede was at its standard 9V. I've edited the original post.

Then it would definitely decrease the ROF, assuming the spring would fit (which I doubt, the spring is WAY too small for a stampede).

To make a breech, do you have to use orange 20mm conduit so that the dart properly loads into the barrel?

All depends on that barrel you are going to use , the orange 20mm conduit is used for making a breech with PETG and brass. 20mm upve for alu barrels and some 16mm conduit barrels.

    1. Has anyone done a Lanard Speedloader mod? Removing the AR seems to have done nothing to the gun, it's still tripe.

    2. Are there any kinds of reinforcement I can do to the TS internals? With the stock spring + stock LS, I'm getting 85 feet flat with it. I'm fearing it might give way because it's so strong I'm getting some recoil to the stock.

Replace the plunger spring, but also added small spring to the part where the nozzle seals to the turret.

Still, the internals are crap, so don't expect NF ranges.

I mean that if the trigger lock is still there (which its not) then you would still be able to pull the trigger even though you pulled the bolt back as far as it would go.

I see you have added aluminium sheet reinforcement of your bolt sled. Make sure the edges where the aluminium sticked out and you folded over are not too thick. It they are too thick, the sled can get caught inside the rails, and you have to file or sand the edges down.

It is not aluminium, it is plastic. I'm using it because I have no desire for using very powerful springs. Because it is plastic, there is no need to fold it over the sides.

B-Shot? Could be anything. Never heard of it. The only other thing that could be similar is Gooni's "Run". But that has a Titan tank, as well as about 4 other guns inside it.

I think the point that Akimbo is trying to make is that you have to make sure that your re-enforcement is not getting caught on anything like the tank or shell. Also, make sure that when you are putting the LS back together, that the "wings" on the bolt sled are properly in their grooves.

From memory, the RUN is a titan and a shotblast.

Titan question. The instructions say to extend the pump handle before firing (of course I read this after firing with it in the shortened position). It seems to work in either position, but in case I'm missing something, is there an actual reason for it to be extended before firing?

Just means you can use it as a stock.

EG: The problem is with the plunger itself, the nub of it is now sticking out too far and is hindering the loading process. The fix for this is that one part on the plunger assembly is not housed properly, or screwed in properly. Check the assembly and you should be able to fix your problem.

I like the idea, don't know about you but. My longshot was busted anyway unrepairable - and the big blast looks like something from willy wonkers choclate factory. We are making the magazine load like the longshot did we are using parts from both guns.

Try it out yourself. You didn't mention which gun you're using it on.

You gotta test it if it'll cause too much friction or whether the seal is perfect.

And yeah - an o ring for more than 5 bucks is a complete rip off. Even if you're just going to use 2-3 out of a set of 30, those $2 ones you get from the reject shop are better value.

Don't be silly, the o-rings are good price IF you buy other stuff as-well, to even out the shipping costs.

Anyway, for my LS i used the BT o-ring and stock o-ring + teflon tape under the o-ring with some new lube. And my longshot is firing well.

It was disproven by Hasbro. It was only ever a pre-production model. They probably discovered something like the jamming issues with raider drums and stampedes and switched to 18-clips instead.
