Define complete.
Black Tactical will give you a spring, o-ring and padding. It's the most comprehensive that I'm aware of.

I believe for Stampede's he's referring to maybe new internals, a new spring, a battery tray with the voltage modification done and the appropriate amount of batteries.

yea thats right i did see one on ebay but it was way too pricey

Well, if you want all those mods, then you have to either pay that ripoff Ebay price, or shop and buy them separately. No pain, no game.

Yep, pretty well spot-on the money Akimbo... haha
Really, Stampede's are pretty easy to mod, probably the most technical part is soldering the wires to the battery tray terminals, which isn't overly difficult anyway.
Get your spring from either Servulus, or get the kit from Black Tactical. And get a set of battery's, charger and 4 x AA battery holder with tails from DealExtreme...
