Hello all, I have just spent $20 on brass and do not want to fuck it up...So I am making a breech out of 9/16 and 17/32 brass...My question is
Which should be the barrel 17/32 or 9/16?
I am shooting either stock darts and inf0rm3rs new stefans (black foam) from a Nitefinder.
Also when adding/replacing the spring - i have a C-836 - do i keep the original in or replace?

The actual barrel which the dart goes in should be 9/16. Are you doing and angel breech or just a breech? Because I need to no that before i can solve all your problems.

If you've only got 17/32 and 9/16 it has to be 17/32. if you want a 9/16 breech you need 19/32 on the outside.

17/32 brass works for stock darts. Unsure on the dart fit for Inf0rm3rs black foam, but I think it needs 9/16

Cut the C-836 to the same length and replace. the two springs don't fit inside each other.

Thanks everyone. Roger I was going to buy 19/32 if necessary. I just wanted to know what the best fit on darts would be. Kottah i got the brass at Kotara Model Auto Sports and Hobbies. the one across the road from Westfield. The have all the brass you'd need.
