I have had problems with dart to barrel fit in petg. What have you found to be affective?

    Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you got a loose batch of 16mm. Try finding a tighter batch. For petg, a stub of 17/32 brass can help to hold the darts in place.

Sorry again for the double post but I suppose it's quite legit, anyway out of PURE curiosity will a 32mm bath plug fit into a LS PT? If not are there any tuturials on how to add a rubber washer to the LS Plunger head?

No, no it won't and no, there aren't any tutorials yet. If it's not in the directory nor Google then we aren't going to have it either. Go experiment for yourself, like I did for my RFSG plunger head.

Those aren't Australian materials, good luck with it though. Also, what's so funny? If it was so easy why didn't you search first?

Now I have a question, who is Tidge? I know he's one of the first Aussie modders, that he invented the Stephan accepting clip and that we share a birthday but I'm curious to know more.

How should we know? Take a look for yourself, we don't have all your answers. You are trying to do something that's new to Australia so you'll have to put in the hard yards yourself.

Ungmon, try starting with some easier mods before venturing into the unknown. That way we can help you if you mess up.

Hey guys just wondering if you painted a LS Red tiger will it still be legal xD please consider there isnt exactly a 'tip' in my longshot because it has a recon barrel (look on the CWC competition round 2) that I can leave orange so ?? Do you think if I included ALOT of red it'll be legal?

Or maybe blue tiger camo, does Australian export sell a darkish blue?

Ask your war organiser, if not cover it in E-tape during wars.

Look at their colour range, we don't know. (Although I bet they do.)

@Unknown - AFAIK Tidge isn't particular active in the Australian NIC, but I know he's a SA dude, with links to the dudes there. Has a Crossbow, etc. etc.

Ungmon - I'm not sure if you've considered this, but with the thickness of a bathplug you just can't glue it over the LS plunger rod as there will be problems with priming. Nor can't you completely replace the plunger head to a bathplug because you need a solid spring rest. Rubber washers wouldn't be an issue though. Best of luck

I don't want to put you off modding or nerfing in general, but talking about modifying things online without actually doing something about it (kinda like your singled Longshot issue over in the AustralianNerf shoutbox) is getting tiresome. And littlebro and unknown have shown the issue isn't with those helping you, but you needing to have a go at things.

Uug, if it looks remotely real from a distance then its not allowed at echoes wars.
It needs ALOT of bright colours. Tiger stripes aren't the best unless you use like two bright colours.
In general dark colours aren't the best.

If you're going to be trying this, since you need to open up the LS anyway how about getting a ruler and measuring it yourself if you don't believe what's on the chart.

That way you're guaranteed to know...

Bit of a different type of question but might not be quite deserving of its own thread.

Im from Tassie, but Im in Melbourne city central for the weekend.

Apart from the usual suspects like Myer Target and David Jones, where else is a good place to buy Nerf with a good range?

I havent checked out Toy World yet, and Toys R Us is a bit too far out, anywhere epse I could try near or in the city?

Kmart in Richmond or footscray are alright, bigw in the city have no nerf so don't bother there. Other than that there's nothing else, the closet toys r us is high point and I'm not sure about toy world.

Edit: I remembered there's a toy world in docklands.

Nope, but lithium based greases are generally Ok for O-rings, my personal advice is to look for a grease/spray called INOX mx3.
