Aluminium nerf parts

I can make them but unless you're willing to pay a premium for those parts you'll have to wait in the queue which I think is currently:
1. Longshot plunger
2. Deploy plunger
3. Longstrike plunger
4. Raider plunger
5. Your recon parts

Im after the longshot plunger parts aswell, are you making the full assembly? I believe their are four parts to it.

The longshot plunger parts I plan to make there are only 3 parts, head, back and stem.
Because people add/change/modify springs and thus that's how they break the plunger in the first place, their is no reason to sell the plunger with a spring. Thus the plunger parts will be sold disassemble

Thanks for the clarification, however I wasnt counting the 4th part as the spring, I was counting the cylinder. But I just had an epiphany that it would be no better in metal than plastic. Any idea on how long until these 3 products will be available?

It would be better to make that cylinder out of brass so the mounts for the backplate can be stronger, maybe later. I should be able to start making plunger parts by the middle of this month

I think the part people are breaking is the mickey mouse part at the back of the plunger not the plunger itself. I also believe part of the reason they break it is because they don't screw it back together properly.

They will still need a replacment

Can you give me an approximate time as to when the plunger assembly will be ready for purchase? Also, can you give me an approximate cost for the assembly please?

When you say "the mickey mouse part", do you mean where the screw are in the back of the plunger, where it screws into the plunger housing tube?

Also, how would you make the screw holes in the plunger housing tube if you made it from brass and I'm assuming that a brass breech would still be possible with the Alu plunger and brass tube?

At least a month, I have a fair few orders and dont have the time at the moment to work on other parts
The cost for the the 3 plunger parts I estimate to be $40

Weld the brass screw mounts to the brass tube
Brass breach and tube are certainly possible with alu plunger

Do you have any more aluminium boltsleds left.

For the current order Im making their is only one spare left now

I've completed modifying the sled and have started making it. The trouble is change one part all the other parts have to match up, so I've got a few almost correct parts
I've finished making the correct tail sections
It should be all ready in a week

sorry, the bolt sled. i appologize if someone has already asked you to make one for the recon, its just that i need to replace mine soon, and i was thinking of going alum. just so it wont break as soon as a plastic one...

I think you should edit your opening post to include all of the parts that you have made/are in production/idea phase. Also an ETA, Approx. Price and maybe how many you have left of each in stock.

Just so people don't have to trawl through 10 pages to find what you are and aren't selling.

thats Heaps better. You should also put up proces for all of them aswell so people can quickly work out how much it will cost. I know it's all on you site but it's good to have it on here aswell. Also how many are in stock would be good. Just to make shit look formal.

I can make plungers with extra spacers on the tube to compress the spring more
Should this be by default or an option?
